The Platform Taxi King (taxiking.app) is independently owned, operated, and managed under the brand name Taxi King ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
You confirm that you are 18+ years old, can legally enter contracts, and have authority if acting for a business. You agree to provide accurate KYC and details, maintain account security, and be responsible for all activities on your account.
Taxi King may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or false data without prior notice.
✗We are NOT a taxi operator, transport provider, travel agency, or a party in any ride or service contract.
✗Taxi King does NOT collect ride fares, control ride pricing, or handle payments between drivers and end customers.
✗Taxi King is NOT a merchant of record for any trip fare.
All ride payments happen directly between drivers and their customers outside the Platform.
Trip fares are paid directly by the end customer to the Driver or Agent. Taxi King has no involvement in this transaction and holds no liability for any payment disputes between driver, agent, and customer.
Taxi King facilitates commission payments only. It may deduct a platform/service fee and settles payments post-trip completion. Refunds or holds may apply in cases of cancellation or disputes.
Taxi King acts only as a payment facilitator for commissions. It charges a service/transaction fee and provides transaction records. Taxi King does NOT control commercial agreements between agents and drivers, and does NOT guarantee bookings or earnings for either party.
Taxi King charges GST only on its own service fees (if applicable). Users must handle their own taxes independently, register for GST if required under Indian law, and report earnings correctly. Taxi King is NOT responsible for any tax errors, non-compliance, or resulting legal penalties.
Taxi King is NOT a bank, NBFC, or financial institution. It does NOT hold user funds in escrow and is NOT liable for payment delays caused by third-party gateways. Temporary holds may occur for settlement or security purposes.
You must provide correct KYC and bank details, follow all applicable transport and legal laws, and avoid any fraud or misuse of the Platform.
Prohibited actions include: posting fake bookings, manipulating commission amounts, chargeback abuse, and any illegal activities. Taxi King may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
All Platform content, branding, technology, and design belong exclusively to Taxi King. You may NOT copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use any Taxi King branding without express written permission.
Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Taxi King does NOT guarantee earnings, ride volume, or Platform uptime. Users must independently verify bookings and counterparties before transacting.
Taxi King is NOT liable for: loss of income or business, ride disputes, customer complaints, or any tax or legal penalties. Maximum liability of Taxi King shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user to Taxi King in the preceding 3 months.
Taxi King may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or legal requirements at any time. Users may stop using the Platform at any time, but all prior obligations and dues remain enforceable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
When accessing Taxi King through app stores (e.g. Google Play), the respective store's policies also apply. The Platform is independent of app stores, and stores are not responsible for the services provided by Taxi King.
